This Privacy Policy explains how RoboBella Analytics handles information when authorized users connect supported social media accounts to the service.

1. Information we access

RoboBella Analytics may access information made available through authorized platform APIs, including account identifiers, profile information, follower counts, content metadata, engagement metrics, audience insights and performance statistics.

2. How information is used

Information is used only to create analytics reports, performance summaries, dashboards and account-growth comparisons for authorized account owners or managers.

3. Authorization

RoboBella Analytics accesses only accounts that the user owns or is authorized to manage. Access is granted through the applicable platform authorization process.

4. Data sharing and sale

RoboBella Analytics does not sell personal information. Connected account data is not published publicly and is not shared with advertisers.

5. Data storage and security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored information. Access tokens and credentials are restricted to authorized administrators and should not be shared publicly.

6. Data retention

Analytics data may be retained while the connected account remains authorized or while needed for reporting. Data may be deleted when access is revoked or when deletion is requested.

7. TikTok draft transfers

When an authorized TikTok creator explicitly selects a supported local video and confirms a draft upload, the selected media is processed transiently to transfer it to TikTok as a draft. The service does not automatically publish the video. TikTok credentials remain server-side, and temporary upload and session data is short-lived. The creator reviews, edits and completes any publication manually inside TikTok. The selected media is not stored in public Drive storage by this flow.

8. Revoking access

Users may revoke access through the connected platform's account, security, apps or websites settings. Revoking authorization may stop future data collection.

9. Data deletion requests

Authorized users may request deletion of stored account information by contacting the service administrator using the contact address provided during the application authorization process.

10. Third-party platforms

Use of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other supported platforms is also governed by the privacy policies and terms of those platforms.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the service, connected platforms or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
