Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of RoboBella Analytics.

1. Purpose of the service

RoboBella Analytics provides reporting and analytics tools for reviewing social media account growth, content performance, engagement and related metrics.

2. Authorized accounts

Users may connect only accounts they own or are authorized to manage. Users must not attempt to access another person's account or data without permission.

3. Platform authorization

Access to supported platforms is provided through each platform's authorization process. Users are responsible for maintaining valid permissions and complying with each platform's terms and policies.

4. TikTok draft uploads

An authorized TikTok creator may explicitly select a supported local video and confirm that it should be sent to TikTok as a draft. A draft upload does not publish the video automatically. The creator is responsible for reviewing, editing and manually publishing any draft inside TikTok. Selected media is processed transiently for the transfer and is not stored in public Drive storage by this flow. TikTok credentials and tokens remain server-side and temporary upload/session data is short-lived.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, circumvent platform restrictions or use collected data for unlawful purposes.

6. Availability and changes

Features may change, become unavailable or be discontinued because of maintenance, platform API changes, technical limitations or policy requirements.

7. Accuracy of analytics

Reports are based on information supplied by connected platforms. RoboBella Analytics does not guarantee that all metrics are complete, continuously available or free from delays and platform-side errors.

8. Security responsibilities

Users must protect account credentials, access tokens and connected account permissions. Credentials and tokens must not be published or shared with unauthorized parties.

9. Intellectual property

Platform names, trademarks, content and data remain the property of their respective owners. Use of RoboBella Analytics does not transfer ownership of connected content or accounts.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RoboBella Analytics is not liable for indirect losses, platform outages, unavailable data, account actions taken by third-party platforms or decisions made solely from analytics reports.

11. Termination and revocation

Access may be stopped by revoking platform authorization. Service access may also be restricted when these terms, platform policies or applicable laws are violated.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service, connected platforms or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
